✅ Call utility companies and transfer utilities into your name. Let them know you are purchasing a new home and the date of purchase. See the Utilities section for contact information.
✅ Schedule a final walk-through of the home.
⏰ 2 Days – 1 Hour Before Closing
✅ Receive HUD statement detailing closing costs and review with your lender.
✅ Set up a wire for funds needed to close.
